About Us

The success of Commonwealth Equine is based on our fully mobile clinic, consisting of a 38’ trailer with office, reference library, in- house laboratory, and advanced diagnostic equipment.  We offer services using state-of-the-art veterinary technology for those horses that would be better served remaining stabled instead of trailering to a referral clinic.  This type of technology reduces the wait for diagnostic results and allows earlier initiation of treatments because the clinic is where it is needed most, at your farm.  We have established an exceptional network of board certified specialists available on-line to assist if needed.  Some of our offerings may be the same services that your veterinarian presently provides.  Recognizing this, we designed our service goals to work in synergistic collaboration with your veterinarian to complement their routine medical management of your horse.  Our equipment and clinic can be made available to your veterinarian on a consultation basis if requested.  Even with our specialized mobile clinic, exceptional capabilities and expertise, some complex cases may still need to be referred due to limitations in the availability of certain resources.
